Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept Visa and MasterCard. We will bill you or your responsible party after the first visit or for routine cleanings. For treatment beyond that, all financial arrangements are made in advance and payment is due at the time of service. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (201)421-5257.  

Please remember we are not considered in-network with any insurance provider. You are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. We will submit a claim to any insurance company on your behalf, but we are not a contracted provider.  Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks.

We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.
